Dato’ Paduka M. Ryann Tan joined real estate industry as property negotiator in year 2010. He has provided results driven in real estate marketing within 6 months, thus he has been promoted as the team leader of the company. Acquiring a wide range of experience in marketing strategy, he set up a company named One Team Group (OTG) on 16 June 2017, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. OTG has exceed more than 1000 members on January 2020 under his great leadership skill and we have been letting and managing over 30 Projects. OTG act as a professional marketing consultant which work with companies to implement marketing strategies in various products and industries, advising companies the best way to reach their target audience.

Dato’ Paduka M. Ryann Tan joined real estate industry as property negotiator in year 2010 and has been promoted as team leader of the company within 6 months. After being promoted as team leader, he set up a project sales team specialised in selling developer’s projects covering various areas such as Klang Valley, Melaka & Sabah.

He set up One Team Group (OTG) in June 2017. OTG provide various of marketing consultant services which include evaluate current market efforts, make suggestion for plan and strategies, implement social media or other marketing campaign, promo and selling a product or service, include advertising etc and cultivate teams’ leadership skills, professionalism and a motivated attitude.
